Hotel Maksymilian

This is a superb hotel in an excellent location just a 5 minute walk to the square. The breakfast is of high quality with ample choice of both hot and cold food. My room was clean and comfortable and was recently refurbished to a high standard. Comfortable bed ensuring a good night sleep. However what makes this hotel special is the staff. Extremely helpful and always pleasant. A special mention this time must go to Mariola and Paulina who go the extra mile and always with a smile. Thank you.

Wonderful hotel and good value for money. Great location for all attractions, main square was 15-20mins easy stroll. Plenty of shops and restaurants in the neighbourhood which felt safe at night for a solo female traveller. All the staff I met were friendly, courteous and helpful (apologies for not remembering names). The room was clean and comfortable with ample space for 1 person and all amenities supplied. Good variety of choice for breakfast and I was also provided a packed lunch in lieu of breakfast due to a day trip the receptionist organised - very much appreciated. I wouldn't hesitate to book again if I ever return to Krakow.

Everything was like in pictures. The room was clean. The staff was very nice and they had a place to keep our luggage after the checkout. The breakfast was very nice. Everything was provided even towel heater and tea for the morning. The location was great too only some minutes from the old town.

It was clean and central. The breakfast was very good with hot and cold continental style food, if you had an early start they provide a take out! Staff very friendly and helpful!
