We stayed at the hotel Maksymilian to meet and pick up our parents who were leaving their country. The staff at the hotel was very helpful and nice especially one gentleman (unfortunately I do not know his name and position at the hotel). He allocated for our parents additional room (number 308) which turned out to be spacious and located in the vicinity to the elevator. It was very important since our father has a walking problem and we did not have a wheel chair. Moreover, he (together with a taxi driver) helped us to carry our father from a taxi to this room. Then, this gentleman together with colleagues prompted us how we could borrow a wheel chair in the neighboring store of the products for handicapped people. I would like once again to thank this gentleman and other personnel for their invaluable help and highly humanistic attitude to our situation at that moment. The breakfast was very good (and was included in the price for our rooms) with a broad sortiment of fresh vegetables, ham, cheeses, drinks, bread and other meals. The hotel is located in the down town at the walking distance to the historical center. We liked the hotel and Krakow itself very much!

-The hotel was very closed to the center (Rynek Glowny square 8-10' walk. -The hotel was very clean in general, the room was big and clean and the breakfast was also very good. -The staff of a hotel was very polite and very helpfull. They arranged the airport transfer 110pln or 25€ In general the Maksymilian hotel is what do you need about your stay in this beautifull town. I highly recommend it!!!

Breakfast was not to my taste but that’s my fault and not the hotel’s. There was a wide range of food available in a well appointed dining area. The hotel staff were extremely helpful and friendly and the location is absolutely perfect for visiting old Krakow.

The location was excellent, just outside the Planty, so ideal for access to the Old Town. The staff was helpful and called a travel agency for me when I hadn't received confirmation of my pick up for a tour. Finally, I had a comfy bed and a cool, quiet room.

Good location, near the bus station "batorego". Rynek Glowny is only 600 mt away. the airport can be reached by two buses in 1 hour (1 ticket 60 minutes it cost 6 zlt) . Room was big, warm and comfortable. Nice staff!
